Booking & appointment policies
Appointments
- Please try to arrive to your appointment on time.
- Please come to your appointment with clean hair, straightened, with no products (hair oil, hairspray, etc).
- Cancellations must be made 24–48 hours prior to your appointment.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is due before booking your installation.
- Remaining payment is due on your appointment/installation day.
- Cash or e-transfer only.
